Aw, look at Max! He is a First Grader. First grade! How can my baby possibly be old enough to be in first grade? But there he is, and he is rising to the occasion. He is also missing his two front teeth. I LOVE it when they fall out around the same time. It is adorable.

Seth and Tate are back in the same school again. Seth got really lucky and got to keep his teacher from third grade, Mrs. Hall. She is so kind and organized and structured - perfect for Seth. His buddy Ben is also still in class with him, another bonus! Tate is in the multiage program. He will be in a third grade math class, and bumped up to a fourth grade reading class.
The Pile. The boys arrive at the bus stop and throw their backpacks in a big heap. Every day. It is like they see how hard they can smack them down. There is a lot of aggression pent up in boys.
